Holiday Gift Ideas

Over the years I’ve moved toward giving gifts that will bring improved health or increased harmony to the recipient. Here are a few gift ideas that follow this philosophy to consider this season.

Think of things that you have always wanted to do with a family member and/or friend, and gift an outing to them. Perhaps it is help with something they are having a challenge with. Perhaps it is committing to meet in nature and explore the local environment. Perhaps it is thinking of someone who may be alone over the holidays and inviting him or her to spend time with you. Whatever it is, remember that the present moment is wonderful when you’re sharing it with someone whom you want to make time for.
